Celebrate the opening of Pacheco Marsh for public recreation! Walking tours, face painting, scavenger hunt, crafts & food trucks.

Ribbon Cutting: 9:30am

After decades of planning, restoration, and the generous support of the JMLT community, the grand opening of Pacheco Marsh is finally here! We hope you’ll join us for this momentous occasion!

Walking Tours: 10am, 12pm, 2pm

10am: Introduction to the Marsh
12pm: Botany of the Marsh
2pm: All about the Restoration (ADA accessible walk)

FREE Activities: 10am – 3pm

Face Painting
Marsh Scavenger Hunt

Self Guided Tour Walks

Food: 10am – 3pm

FREE Lemonade, Coffee, and Cookies

Pacheco Marsh is located at 2501 Waterfront Road, Martinez. On-site parking is available, with reserved spaces for guests with accessibility needs. Overflow parking available along Waterfront Rd.

While we love furry friends, dogs and other pets are not permitted at this event or on property at Pacheco Marsh.
